QUEER LITERARY MAGAZINE PUBLISHED AT EMORY UNIVERSITY FROM 2016 - 2019

MR. MA’AM

MR. MA’AM began as a labor of love and a product of necessity, a whim that became a drive because we thought we should do something that we thought should exist in our community, but didn’t.

The MR. MA’AM Literary Journal is the Atlanta-area’s only collegiate magazine devoted to college-affiliated LGBTQ+ writers and artists, based at Emory University. It was published digitally on Issuu and distributed at Emory physically. The founding co-editors were myself and Jessika Bouvier, and, with a staff of our peers, we published two volumes including queer voices from all around the country and from a wide range of colleges and universities.
